Some Other Legal Stuff

Do Not Track Notice: We may use automatic data collection technology to record other information that identifies your device and tracks your behavior on the website. Therefore, we don't knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children and our Terms of Use require that all registered users of the LOVELAND service be at least 18 years old.

USPS Residential & Vacancy Data Fields:  The website now provides nationwide residential & vacancy information associated with parcels. You agree to not use this USPS data for direct mail commercial marketing campaigns.
